The consensus is that employee fraud is on the rise as a result — and crimes of opportunity abound in the back of the house of most casinos. In this information packed session, gaming audit instructor and white collar criminologist Craig L. Greene, CPA, CFE, MCJ, guides you through the more common employee frauds in the casino industry. Greene, a seasoned fraud buster, will discuss methods of investigating these crimes and preventative measures to deter them. Don’t miss this important and thought-provoking session.

While charitable gaming is offered and regulated in most all jurisdictions, each jurisdiction has its own regulatory policy and philosophy. These policies are most likely driven by enabling legislation. While there may be very different regulatory schemes, there are more than likely many similarities and similar problems that are encountered. This session will provide attendees an opportunity to present problems they currently face and see if other jurisdictions have faced similar concerns.
